This unique egg table came from the old Zetrouer homestead in Rochelle. Jessie R. Zetrouer “inherited” it when she married Jacob “Jake” Feaster Zetrouer in 1949. The Zetrouer and Feaster families have lived in Micanopy and surrounding areas since the mid 1800’s. The maker of the table is not known for certain. An educated guess is that it was Daniel, Jake’s father.
This is gifted in memory of Jessie R. Zetrouer. A one-of-a-kind woman from 1894 – 1994.
